Stamp Duty Holiday extended. What that means for you when you buy a new home at Laureate Gardens

It was back in July 2020, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, that the Chancellor announced a temporary holiday on stamp duty on the first £500,000 of all property sales in England and Northern Ireland if you completed on buying your home by 31st March 2021.

Following the Chancellor’s budget announcement made on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 the good news is this Stamp Duty Holiday has been extended until 30th June 2021.

What does this mean for you when you buy a new home at Laureate Gardens?

As the first £500,000 of your new home purchase price is now free from any stamp duty charges you will save £15,000 in costs when you buy a new home at Laurate Gardens, providing you complete the purchase of your new home by 30th  June 2021.

A significant saving which you could use to buy new furniture for your lovely new home, perhaps make some travel plans, or just enjoy the fact you were able to take advantage of this saving to make the purchase of your brand new home here easier.
